Terms of Service

Overview

By using Aether ACI — including our website, demo tools, and any trial or paid services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are between you and Lucid Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "Aether ACI").

1. What Aether ACI is

Aether ACI is an Adaptive Compound Intelligence (ACI) platform that provides:

• •Company Operating System — an AI intelligence layer that learns your organization and compounds knowledge across your team
• •Individual Intelligence — personalized AI that adapts to how each team member thinks and communicates
• •Company Brain — persistent institutional memory that survives team changes and organizational shifts
• •IT & Network Operations — proactive monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation
• •Offboarding Automation — instant access revocation and knowledge preservation when employees leave
• •Demo tools — interactive previews of the above capabilities using a representative sample organization

Demo tools use a representative sample organization ("Meridian Strategy Group") to illustrate product capabilities. They are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not reflect real company data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization to use Aether ACI. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use Aether ACI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• •Connect systems or data to Aether ACI that you do not own or have explicit authorization to connect
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse any Aether ACI API endpoints or infrastructure
• •Submit malicious code, automated bots, or high-volume automated requests beyond normal use
• •Use Aether ACI to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems or data
• •Impersonate any person, company, or entity
• •Use Aether ACI in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all organizational data, documents, and content you connect to Aether ACI. By using the service, you grant Lucid Tech LLC a limited license to process your data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Aether ACI platform for your organization.

Your data is never used to train shared or public AI models. Your Company Brain is isolated to your organization and is not accessible to other Aether ACI customers.

5. Trial services

Aether ACI offers a 14-day free trial of paid features. During the trial:

• ✓No credit card is required to start the trial
• ✓We will contact you before the trial ends — we do not auto-charge without your explicit consent
• ✓Trial features and limits may be modified at our discretion
• ✓We reserve the right to limit or terminate trials in cases of abuse
• ✓Data entered during the trial can be exported upon request before deletion

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid Aether ACI subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. AI-generated content

Aether ACI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and analyses. AI output reflects probabilistic reasoning — not guaranteed fact. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on Aether ACI output without human review.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software, and intellectual property associated with Aether ACI — including the ACI (Adaptive Compound Intelligence) system, covered under provisional patent #63/987,765 and a pending non-provisional utility patent — are owned by Lucid Tech LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

AETHERIOS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCID TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AETHERIOS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Aether ACI evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
